Pricing, billing cycles, and available plans will be shown on the Provider's website.
Fees are paid in advance for the selected Subscription Period.
All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated.
Provider may change pricing or plan features; such changes do not affect periods already paid for.
When you upgrade mid-billing period, we credit the unused portion of your current plan and charge you only the difference for the remainder of the paid period. Downgrades will take effect after the current paid period ends.
Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, wars, government acts, etc.) provided the affected party notifies the other promptly and takes reasonable steps to mitigate.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Provider disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Provider's aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at the amounts the User paid to Provider in the 12 / 3 / choose months prior to the claim (select preferred cap).
Provider may suspend or terminate access for breach or suspicious activity, with or without prior notice.
Users may terminate by closing their Account and ceasing use. Termination does not relieve the User of outstanding payment obligations for paid periods already billed.
Upon termination, Provider may delete Account data after a reasonable retention period; Users should export data prior to termination where possible.
Both parties must keep confidential information received in connection with this Agreement confidential and use it only to fulfill the Agreement, except as required by law.
